Physical (non-digital) goods found to be faulty, do not meet the description, or of un-merchantable quality, when received, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a replacement or refund. Please contact us before sending any item back to receive authorisation.
All digital products cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase unless faulty.
Refunds for faulty items will be made to the same credit card which was charged for the original purchase or your bank account by direct transfer. A store credit may also be placed on your account for future use if requested.
Special order items cannot be cancelled once you have placed an order as they have been ordered in good faith for you.
