• Physical (non-digital) goods found to be faulty, do not meet the description, or of un-merchantable quality, when received, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a replacement or refund. Please contact us before sending any item back to receive authorisation.
  • All digital products cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase unless faulty.
  • Refunds for faulty items will be made to the same credit card which was charged for the original purchase or your bank account by direct transfer. A store credit may also be placed on your account for future use if requested. 
  • Special order items cannot be cancelled once you have placed an order as they have been ordered in good faith for you.
